Players are surfing when playing?

I'm having same problem they look like table football players...? Help anyone??
 
Don't know how to fix it but it looks brilliant!

Is it every match?
 
clear cache, delete preferences, verify files through steam, and reload.
 
I have clear cache, and relaoded that didn't work how do delete preferences and verify through steam?
