Is there any tool there to check FM14 players CA/PA ? Maybe SI editor ?

When the game is released, you will be able to download the editor, an ingame editor ( cheat tool I) and probably the FMSCout, a cheat tool hat lets you view all the hidden stats

Just be patient. After all, you are playing a beta, not a released game
