Players Complaining Over Training

Just a quick question.

Why do players constantly complain about there training workload/Individual workload? It is only set to average but a large number seem to complain.

Anyone know how to prevent this? Or do you just have to set it lower?

I think if you go onto the profile of a player who is complaining, and click on their training you can see what they dislike about the training.

I don't get the problem usually because I'm lazy and leave the training to other staff.

professionalism seems to have a lot to do with regards to complaining about training.
One of my strikers have been complaining since day 1, had him tutored by an older balanced player (who doesnt complain) and even before tutoring is complete the moaning has stopped.
