As you can see that he had determination 20.... Cant find anyone higher than that
He probably just meant higher than the current tutor.
yes, or higher than your player end up with after the tutoring. I dont use mentors with more than 5 more in determination than the tutees have,
that gives a better chance that they get on well and the tutee will actually complete the tutoring and gain determination again.
Just because of this I usually dont tutor young players with high determination. Hou Saeter has 18 i det. and a fairly good personality
and I cant find anyone to match or improve any of those skills (in my current team)
