Players disappearing from team

I have been using FMRTE quite a lot recently to edit kits and swap managers etc. I have recently discovered that almost all of the Everton players have disappeared from the team and become free agents.
I am not managing Everton, I am not even editing Everton. Does anyone know why this team in particular should have this problem and, how do I get the players back to the team. (I tried the future transfers option but this doesn't do it).

My entire reserve team disappeared and i lost my key players(ribery,badstuber and but) because of injury had to give up cause i didnt have the perfect team id crafted after 3 seasons of hard work.

The technical term is 'Carlos Tevez syndrome'.

However, serves you right for using FMRTE. Making changes with that is asking for trouble TBH
