ive searched the forums for this but cant find threads....( but not looked in depth) I have several players that lack natural fitness and no matter what training schedule ive seen on the forums nothing seems to improve these stats.
Can anyone suggest some methods in getting the stats up enough to play through more than a game without dropping in condition below 50%.
I have good 4star+ coaches and have tried just a straight aerobic training preseason for a few months to improve and its just not working.
