Players for a starting Wigan career

I'm starting fresh on FM after a good save.
I fancy starting one with Wigan first keeping them in the prem then eventually doing a Stoke and slowly get to a Cup Final and then possibly Europe.

Have any of you guys got any suggestions on who to buy not sure of budget as i haven't started the career but i wouldn't imagine it's more than 10 mil?
