Players for League 1 in 4th Season

Hi guys

I am playing as St Albans and have risen from BS South to League 1. I let a load of players go at the end of last season that were not good enough but am now struggling to find anyone I want that will join!

Has anyone got any suggestions for League 1 in the 2013/14 season? I mostly need a striker, left back, attacking left midfield, and possibly GK.

It gets harder for people to recomend players 4 seasons in. Scouts are the way forward. Failing that Leigh Griffiths is an abosolute beast

I know it's harder - I figured though LLM players might have some particular gems to recommend. I do use scouts - extensively, and also the backroom advice. 2 of my 3 best players are actually regens, so I appreciate it's hard to recommend anyone that far in. Will check out Leigh Griffiths though, thanks.
