Players for the avg teams

Hi ive noticed alot of threads for championship clubs or big clubs on which players to buy but i haven seen threads (or maybe i havent checked carefully) for avg clubs like Anderlecht ,Genoa ,Betis or in my case Vitesse .
So i wanted to make a list of players for these kind of clubs .Any other suggestions are more the welcome ofcourse.
