Players I need tutoring

I am currently managing Liverpool and have signed a few young players that i would like to tutor but not sure who should tutor who, these are the players i signed.

Casemiro - Sao Paulo
Lucas Gaucho - Sao Paulo
Kevin - Zaragoza
Rapael Varane - RC Lens
Lucas - Sao Paulo

I also would like Danny Wilson to be tutored

Gerrard is currently Tutoring Jonjo Shelvey so he can't tutor Kevin.

Any reccomendations appreciated

PS: I do know whats required to have a have good "tutoring". But i just want some opinions first because i have once ****** up one of my players in a previous save with a bad tutor. Also, I have signed Capdevilla and Alou Diarra.

I had great great success with Agger training Wilson - that's if you want him to be a ball playing midfielder at least. You defo picked the right tutor for Shelvey in any case, AI did the same to him on my game, Shelvey displaced him in the team two seasons later.

Varane, Carragher if possible? if not try Skrtel. Not on fm right now so can't advise on the others.

Suppose this advice you know already but make sure the tutor plays the same position and has a similar personality and it should work best.

Please read ball playing defender and not midfielder!

Assuming you are playing with 11.3 you can try Suarez for Lucas and Lucas for Casemiro.

Lucas is only 23 and is too young so i'm probably gonna get Alou to tutor him

Yeah, Suarez for Lucas Gaucho. As for Casemiro, even Alou Diarra should do just fine I guess.
