Player's Language barrier

i have been wondering... At the team feedback screen, i always get this (example: Alan Dzagoev has problems comunicating with other players, due to the language barrier) . Is there anything i can do about it, or will they pick up the language after some time at the club?

yes,the players learn the language(in the first year or second).First it will show in the player description that he has learned the basics of the language,and after that he will learn it.

this, and the speed they learn it is based on their adaptability stat (hidden).

yeah, plus it helps if your squad has english speaking players who can also speak the language of your new signing

Well, I've recently been employed by Real Madrid in the 2014/15 season, & Mesut Özil doesn't even speak basic Spanish...so should I just get rid of him?

Have you read anything in this thread? He will learn to speak spanish in the first year or so.

Did you read his post? He's employed by Real Madrid in the 2014/2015 season, and Özil, who joined in the summer of 2010, doesnt speak even basic Spanish.
