Players not making through balls...?

Is this just happening to me or is it a bug? My team will pass the ball around the box for about half an hour but not actually do anything with it. Gets annoying lol . Any1 got any advice?

I don't know that, all I know is that SI know about it and are working to fix it. If I had to make a guess I'd go for the release day patch on Friday.
