Players not showing up on Squad screen

Can anyone help me out with this; on my Squad screen as England manager, only the goalkeepers are visible, even though I have all the player filters ticked on the right hand screen. This is only happening with England, it's fine with the club I am playing with. I've deleted the skin cache and reloaded the game but this is still happening, any ideas are much appreciated, many thanks.

Nevermind, I saw my problem, never had side (left, right, centre ticked). Don't worry, I did slap myself.
