Players not training to position.

I've set position training to my players, but they haven't learned to play there any better.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

No. You can get players natural with enough position training and game time in that position.

It takes a while but I gather he's been on training for about three, one season normally gets competent, two accomplished or natural, 3 natural.
