Player's positions

Hi All,
Tried searching through the forums about changes in positioning. The closest i could find was in FM06.

Anyways.
How do I change a player's position? For example i want my DM to play as a striker.
How do I do that?
Do I just let him play often at that role?
Or is there some training / private chat that I have to go through?

Click training on his player profile and you'll see there is an option for new position

Click on the player and then click on training and then select the new position you want to train him in

If the position change is too radical then they player may become unhappy though so be careful.

anyways i was reading raikan's guide to devils, and saw that u had hernandez scoring like 60 goals a season..
may i know what patch is this?

It's 11.3, he did have a smashing first season and in my seacond season his average is above a goal a game but nowhere near 60.

ahh, ive not got the time to patched it yet.
maybe that's y he's not doing so well?
is there a difference in his stats? finishing etc?
