Players Randomly Dislike You ?

I'm in my 4th season on an FM game, played 3 seasons with Everton winning the following honours

1 League Title
3 League Cups
1 EURO CUP
1 EURO SUPER CUP

So on the 2/12/2012 Juventus offered me a job, which I accepted. Juventus were underperforming in 8th place with 16 games gone and only 20 points.
By Feb I have them in the top 4 and signed Hugo Almedia.

I have played Alemdia in 4 out of 4 league games and it says he dislikes me and finds me hard to work with ?
Is this random or would be a reason ?

could be he doesnt like the way you do thing such as drop people rotate squad etc, even tactics. whats his personality like, check whether he is volatile etc. not at home so cant get on my fm and give you a better answer

he is media friendly, and has an average rating of 7.47 over 5 games now, so he is playing well, just does not like me.

very odd. either he just doesnt like you (happens in real life) or there is something you've done for him to dislike you, but given your start, i'd say its the former, in whcih case, not much you can do but keep playing him, if he cant be motivated to play for you by end of season you might want to ship him on

your manager rep may not be high enough for him to respect you or like you yet, you may have declared interest in another striker recently, dropped him or subbed him (they get ****** off) if he is playing well like he is, use the media to congratualte him about his form, this would help as well...

well he was a budget buy because I needed a striker to hold me over till the end of the season were I could shop round for a world class striker or to.
Amauri is 32 and will need replacing sooner rather than later, I just let Iaquinta go to fund the Almedia deal, I could be after 3 strikers in the summer lol

Found out why lol, There is always a reason by mistake I have left him out the squad for the champions League lol.
I will have to Amauri up front on his own now because no other strikers are registered, silly mistake.
It has caused a new signing to not like me, and hurt my champions league chances, With Panthithaniakos in the First Knockout round I could have went far in it.

As Fiorentina, Kuyt started out hating us and the club (no ******* idea why he signed for us then... Maybe the money we were offering was too good for him to resist, or maybe Liverpool pressured him into it due to the money we were offering them...), and constantly complained about wanting to leave and go home and go anywhere but Fiorentina. This continued for half a year, before he realized he was actually fitting in, and other players were beginning to like him a lot. Gilardino and Kuyt became virtually best friends, liking to play at the same time and putting each other on their favored personnel list.

Kuyt was our top scorer for that year, and top scorer in the league, and he came third in highest average performance. He loved the club from then on. So it is possible to turn around a player's opinions of you and whichever club you are playing as, but it takes time and effort.

As for your CL worries, you do get a chance to change your team for it, so first chance you get change it.
