Hi,

Is there is a way to find out the quality of each player for the 5 main leagues in Europe ?
Does anyone keeps quality statistics ?
I want to find out what a missing player(s) does to the overall performance of a team.

You can use the editor or Genie Scout for example to see the current ability and potential ability of any player.
I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but this is what I formulated as a decent response
