Players refusing to tutor others.

As the title suggests I'm having a big problem with most of my players flat out not wanting to work with my younger players, has anyone else had this issue?

Lots of my players do it too unfortunatly. Seems random as a week after Vermaelen refused to tutor someone, I tried again and he accepted :/

Yeah, I don't get the tutor option at all with van Persie, and Rooney, as usual, flat-out refuses to tutor anyone, either because he doesn't get along with them, or because he thinks his time would be better served training :\
