Players - Scouts - Stats - Etc

Right, with football manager i've noticed stats changing very quickly in different games and i wondered.

When you view a players stats, Are they the 'true stats' of the players.

By true stats, i mean are they the actual stats, or are they the stats that coaches and scouts say they have got.

Seems when i hire different staff things change.
It's a tad confusing. Maybe i'm just looking at it from the wrong perspective.

But I always thought when someones acceleration was 19. it WAS 19. Thats how good they are. Not how good people THINK they are.

One of my friends believes otherwise.. Anyway...

It's their actual stat, they can decrease if the player is old, struggling to adapt to your tactic or poor training and increase with regular 1st team football and good training...

Pace and acceleration can drop as a player plays a lot of games during a season, but will recover and increase back to it's best during the summer!
