Players Shooting ALL the time?

I got FM only 2 days ago and have started a save with PSG, at the winter break we are top of the legue by 1 point, i have them plying fluid, short passing football. However, every time the side reaches the final third, about 95% of the time the player blasts a shot instead of feeding a clever ball through. No instructions deter the players from this. Can someone tell me how to stop this and give good advice.

I think you need to provide i nfo on your whole approach, otherwise its hard to say if its becasue you rush attacks, the players consider them selfes at the end of the attack, they lack passing options, they are outnumbered etc
