Players switching positions glitch

For some reason, after I start the second half of a match, two players will switch positions with out my instruction. For example, I will start the match with Bale LM and Hernandez up front. When I check my tactics for the second half Hernandez will have switched position with Bale and I'm not able to switch them back even when I confirm tactic change. They just switch back to their wrong position automatically!

Has anyone else noticed this? Or am I doing something wrong?

This was happening to me with my AMC and Striker but it only seems to be when I use Raikan007's Might and Magic tactic. Are you using this tactic?

I figured it out. Change your individual players instructions it's set to switch positions.
