Players to buy when just promoted to L1 ?

I am managing rotherham and have been promoted in my first season and my only signings where leon johnson and febian brandy. I have £500,000 left to spend. Looking for a right winger ideally but any suggestions would help thanks.

Devann Yao? I don't know many free players in the second season, and none who would join a League 1 side. Maybe try and get Matt Phillips on loan from Blackpool?
