Players to sign for celtic 1st season please help !

Hi :) looking to try strengthen my celtic squad , bearing in mind guys like Virgil van dijk are always tempted to leave but I'm wanting to try make a small impact in champions league / europa league football could anyone recommend cheap good players to sign preferably wingers , strikers and a cb :) bearing in mind you only get 2.5 million but could sell Ambrose / van dijk combined for about 10 mil
 
CB - Filippo Romagna from Juventus (he's on loan at some serie c side) he has mega potential easily 5 star for SPL.
ST - Hervin Ongenda from SC Bastia - has bags of potential and should cost less than a million.
