Players trained in england

So when I go to buy a player, or bid, it says "Number of people trained by a club in england needed 8, currently 4" I'm trying to sign english players that I want, but it's near on impossible because they want like 40 million for chalobah, clyne etc. what am i supposed to do?

You can leave gaps in your squad (So if you only have 4 out of 8, you'd have to leave 4 gaps in your squad)

Instead of starting new threads ´regarding the same thing, just use one of them ( like the one about stupid transfer fees)
