players unhappy with training schedule

hi,

i am playing with MKDons now, and i'm using Tug's Training
and some of my players, maybe 4 or 5, are unhappy with their training schedule, they said it's too heavy.
what should i do?should i lower their workload or just leave it like that, besides the players the complaining are not my regular player anyway

leave it. they usually stop their whining after a while. in fact most players stop complaining as long as you are winning lol
