One thing that I find strange in FM, is how you can scout a player and he's not interested in joining you, and then suddenly the next week he is!
Why is this and can you trigger it yourself earlier?
It does seem to happen about half way into the transfer window I noticed
Its just is very annoying that you have to keep scouting the same players until suddenly they deem they join you!
