I'm using patch 11.3. Players who are not interested to go to my team dont even want to enter contract negotiation. Ok, so I thought some players wont,but others will coz they said they fixed that in this patch. Turns out all players like that. I know I have a slim chance, but they still might wanna go if I offer a huge contract. Why is this?

It's not FM10 anymore the Agents decide who gets to talk to who, easiest way is to build a relationship with the agent through buying a player on his books who you want and is on your realistic targets list before going for the others. Then unsettle the player through a bucketload of media appraisals then you should have your man within 6 months
becuase they dont want to join your team mate, its simple 
or you have had bad experiences with that players agent in the past and he does not want to deal with you...
why not ask your assistant manager to filter out unrealistic players in the player search screen?

I dont really think unsettling player makes a difference..did that lots of time,no difference at all.

Yeah but there's only little quality players wanna go to my team despite me having won almost all competitions in my first 3years in charge including the treble in 2nd season. So I tried my luck to bribe them,like in other FM versions...becuase they dont want to join your team mate, its simple

Yeah I contemplated your problem was the one Raikan said but surely its not that your complaining of the amount of unrealistic targets that are getting filtered out are you?
Its not FM2010 where you get the chance to basically bribe a player with wages you have agents to deal with and clubs deal harder

No. Just that I think it's weird coz the patch thing. So they didnt fixed it after all. Thanks for clearing that up

im having trouble attracting Jordan Spence or Phil Jones to Man UTD, Jones always takes the pinch of salt response but Spence appreciates it, both wont negociate the contract, i dont think Agents help, personallly the player always seems more willing, i havent won the Prem yet, but in past 3 seasons finished 2nd each time and won 6 cups, yet dont want to join.
Phil Jones's greedy agent wants a big contract with wages +100,000p/w..negotiate with him a few times,each time his demand increase,though Jones really interested..and his relationship with him became hatred lol..screw him,becoz of him it's impossible to get Jones. Stupid agent system
