Players won't go into reserves

I have managed to sign a lot of amazing players for my Sheffield Wednesday team after they got taken over by a Croatian tycoon and I went to put the players I don't need into my reserves and although I have done that they are still showing up in my first team list.

I have not got both the first team and reserve list checked, whatever I try they are still there.

Any help would be hugely appreciated

They are either in your sub or starting 11 try to take them off check ur first team again

make sure they are in the reserves, and that they are not picked for the 1st team. then click on a player from the first team, then go back, they should be gone. if that dont work ive no idea sorry

Cheers for the help guys, all I had to do was clear my squad selection and move my players to the reserves again and they went
