Im sure someone will say this is in the wrong section or something but i judge it as a discussion, Do people still go for there go to players from FM13 or do you have new ones, Remember when everyone signed Ademilson, Wellington Nem and Adryan on the first patch then Neal Maupay and Tony Watt in the later release.

Sherman Cardenas and Freddy Adu are the most memorable for me...

Balotelli was always a good buy when he was the youngster at Inter, it's a shame his career turned exceptional for mostly the wrong reasons.

Rene Adler was outrageously cheap on one of the fairly recent FMs, always a good buy and excellent goalie.

Ah yes i remember Freddy Adu he still cant be that old now! Used to sign Jozy Altidore aswell before he was rubbish in real life! I remember also signing the likes of Anthony Vanden Borre who ended up at like Portsmouth? Also the likes of Kerlon, Celsinho, Okaka and Bojinov were all supposed wonderkids !

Vanden Borre used to be amazing on it, and SO versatile!

I used to sign Vanden Borre and Kompany at the same time. Sherman Cardenas as someone mentioned was amazing as well as a young south African called Benedict VilakaziI think I spelt that wrong but he was insane.

Diego Bounanotte, Bressan, Sergy Krivets, Yaya Sanogo, John Bostock, Shelvey,

Carlos Fierro back in 2012!! Always the first player I signed.

Only needed to pay compensation I think....

2011 I always signed Jeremy Helan. Would sign with League 1 teams and was good at that age and would become a top Premier League left back. He fell off and wasn't as good for 2012 and 2013, but he is on Sheffield Wednesday now and looks like he can become a good Premier League player again.

I also liked to sign Diego Bounanotte and Pablo Piatti. They were like lesser Messi's.

Only just resumed my Arsenal save after finally getting the full version of FM, so not really sure on this year. Pretty sure Timo Werner will be the new Maupay/Fierro for the majority of people (Not that either of them are bad on this year's game!).

In the past I have always gone for De Marcos - Hard working winger who is so versatile - and before he moved to Chelsea I would always sign Cahill for about ?6m :D

Babacar and Lukaku, one has blossomed, the other well...
Oh yes i remember Babacar he was suppose to be the next big thing! I used to buy him on all of my stories but never really do much"

Romario , Enriquez and Kara in the last 3 Fm's .Cant find Romario anymore though i know he left vitorria but were to no idea even made a search specificly to find him Rb brasilian under 21 nothing :(

Stefan Selakovic when he was at Halmstads, just looked at his wiki... went on to have a decent career and is still playing now at 36 - back at Halmstads!

There was a young Slovenian midfielder called Dalibor Stevanvic that I always used to sign from Domzale in FM2005 or FM2006. He cost about ?500k and was electric after a couple of seasons.

Saivet, Sakho and Pjanic for peanuts in FM2008. Lukaku in FM2010. Nangis and Mbaye in FM2012 (or 11, not sure...) Crisetig and Rugani in FM2013.

Artem Milevskyi was pretty much always my first signing in FM2009 & FM2010.

Per Nilson, Stefan Selakovic, Kennedy Bakirioglo (excuse spelling), Mads Jorgensen, vanden borre, rungratsume, to name just a few from way back
