Playing deep and buying the correct keeper? Any tips?

Ok i am playing with napoli 3-4-3 and morgan de santis is starting to decline and letting more goals in

I play deep counter attack football just like napoli in real life to be honest with a sweeper.

i am only threatened by long shots and crosses/set pieces.

The logical thing to me would be i need a goalkeeper who is excellent at both aerial and communication but is this how it works ingame?

im currently scouting for the highest communication and aerial goalkeepers i can find but i dont want to sign if the game doesnt work this way.

Also how important will it be to have an italian keeper?

Any ideas you tactical gurus?

in previous chelsea game of mine. i had a very deep defensive line and petr cech was declining so i put in metaj delac. 6'3 and was reasonable at communication and aerial ability but was a fantastic shot stopper, he flourished. might want to try a tall shot stopper? but thats just my two cents
