playing in reserves league with no reserves- Is it a problem?

hi, playing as AFC Wimbledon in first season and iv accepted invitation to play in reserve league yet when iv looked i have approx 6 players in reserves,

anyway after taking 2-3 out into first team and now having around 3-4

what are the problems of having a small reserves

EG do they take first teamers to play resulting in tired first team players, as they cant fulfill a 11 player side?

I believe they take your under 18s to play reserves instead, or you could put some of your fringe player in the first to and make them available for the Reserves.

normally they fill the gaps with your youth team players, unless you have set your first team players to be selected for reserves, or selected until match fit.
