playing like donkey's with tactics that have taken me to 4th in BBVA and CL??? WTF

can somebody explain to me why the **** my team are losing every game!! i have 3 or 4 different tactics i use depending on who i play and i have barely won anythign for like 10 games!!
but with the same tactics i have done really really well! but i cant even win a game let alone 2 on the trot!!

this is so frustrating!!! happend to anyone? when your tactics you have made and your team doing really well then all of a sudden they play like a blind school???

Stuff like this happens and it shows one thing. Your tactics can be perfect but it won't fit every team. I had the same problem with a lower league german team. I was promoted as first team in the one year but couldn't find a goal the next season, mainly because the players I brought in for the new league didn't settle in at all.

Long things short. A good team consists out of more then only a great tactic.

Sometimes it seems your opponents smarten up as well, and the same tactics that worked so well the last year are doing f*** all the next.
Have you checked what teams make you struggle now, and compared their their tactics this year against last year?
