Please can someone help

Sorry to ask a tech question, but ive tried everywhere else and can't get the answer.

I bought FM 2010 online via Game website.

I installed on my old pc my old laptop and my work pc.

When i tried to install on my new laptop it asks for my licence key.

When i enter it i get an error message saying ive gone over my limit and takes me to a popup where im told to delete old installs.

I search for old installs and it finds 6 but then it will not let me delete any of them??

Please someone help its driving me made.
