That is the thread I thought I could be seeing posted here in general. by Pellegrini, the Real Madrid coach.
From the first two preseason matches (I know, too soon to possibly have a real idea of how will the team look like) the team played exactly like all the posters of such threads do: too fast, too through the middle, too many long shots and poor chances, too many players mounting on each other in the middle, too many defenders pressing the players...
Ronaldo too fast, too many 'bicycles', trying to play pretty, too pretty. Either not taking it seriously, though possibly not as when he misses his long shots he reacts unpleased, or using every play to practice those pretty dribbles to get the movement fluent once the real season begins.
Gago... puf... bad bad bad bad, unworthy of a big team; Snejder not bad but contagiated by the acceleration; Robben seriously unfit yet, though the coach wants him; Raúl too old, coming too deep to get the ball, though much better during the second match.
The team will be much better as they learn the play and everyone comes (Kaká, Ramos and others are still in holidays, until today) and get fit; but their two matches they looked like a 2B team.
I just thought worth to point that if anyone watches their match against Al Ittihad of yesterday sunday (1-1) they'll see a real match where they'll see the cheats going on in real football, even if perhaps not so much exaggerated..
