Have you made or are planing making any transfers ? ( Is it at the start of the save ?)
If you are using the nornal squad, I would probably start off with something like this. Dropping deeper, hassling the oppponent, exploiting flanks or overlaps, switching to counter strategy when you feel its needed.
As for roles, I would use the following
Fullbacks: Automatic
DC: Normal
MCright: Box2box/Adv PLM/i.e a more attacking one: MCleft Central Mid on defend
Winger Right = defensibe winger, ML: Winger support
The attackers, well use the roles that suits your attackers the best, like a poacher or advanced forward for Suarez and a defensive forward or TM for carroll
