i ve got problem...when I load the game and try to play match it cant be done....this write in small window "Not well-formed(invalid token) at line 1 of floating_info_state_changed.xml" I try to uninstall game even to download a new installation but it doesnt work again....also I read one advice from this site to find and delete SETTINGS folder but when I go to sports interactive folder there is only this" db,games,graphics,matches,sounds,tactics....I went to folder options and set show all folders but there isnt settings folder even now. Please help me

If you downloaded from steam, may be worth checking the files cache.

It's not from steam....it is proper reloaded

Something maybe corrupted. There's also a chance there could be a bit of hardware failing. Is everything working fine, like video cards etc-everything up to date? And be absolutely certain your pc/laptop meets the required specs.

I m sure that pc has all spec....few weeks ago when I was entering the game a small appears something like this today but I think that was a different text...there was only one sollution to continue the process to game...it was to press "OK" option on this window...I try right now to enter the game and it's not appearing nothing until I go to play a match

ok I found it..and now i should to delete settings folder? is that right??

in settings folder is another folder "version 1101" I hope that if I delete it there wouldn be some consequences afecting on a game
