Please help me with tactics

Hi. I'm playing FM 10 with Man City. I finished the first season as 6th in league and i think it's great.. I also think that i have one of best player sets in league but i regularly lose from "the big teams" (Chelsea, Man Utd, immortal Liverpool and Arsenal). I don't know is it me and my playing, or these are just too good. So please help me to make formation, first eleven, touchline instrcutions, player recommendations etc.

you can easily win the league with the players city have. just do any popular formation ie) 4-4-2, 4-5-1 etc. it should be fine with that squad.

maybe try a 4-4-2?

i want something more specific, like what player on which position, i know that it's possible but i just seem not to be able to find right first eleven :/
