I have good players but every tactic i try i keep allowing many goals (from corners- free kicks and balls past my defenders) and therefore i keep loosing too many matches..
Here's my current tactic and my team instructions. If someone could please help me i would be very grateful.

Almost every goal i allow i scored with a pass behind my defenders (even though i tried to set the defense line to deep).
As a second way of allowing goals is from crossing, where my defenders seems to be completely stupid (both my DC have HEADING 14).

Here are my players:

If my tactic isn't ok for my players, can someone recommend me a tactic and some team instructions? Thank you very much!

Personally, I'd use zonal marking.

Also, if you're conceding from set pieces, open the set piece editor and make sure you set everyone to man mark and your two centre backs to mark tall players, put two players on the posts too. Keep fastest player forward. I wish there were more set piece options, but that's literally all you can do. If you just set your players to "Go Back" or "Go Back if Needed", they don't mark anyone and you let in stupid goals at the near post every time.

Thank you. I'll try on set piece. But what can i do about goals with long balls behind my defenders...I already tried to set my defense to stay deep but still nothing. Do you believe my tactic is ok for my players?

I'm not a fan of a flat 3 in the middle, I prefer to play a defensive mid because I believe the shape works better that way. But that's just my preference.

If you post a screenshot of your team analysis tab of goals conceded, that might give a better indication of where you can tighten up. (I can't remember where that is, somewhere in Team Report)

I did what you suggested zorak (played with 1 defensive midfielder). I also tried to rebuild my team tactic and i won against the leading team (i'm on 12 position).
Here is my current team tactic and some of the team reports.

This is what i use now and it seems to work....I won 3 consecutive matchesView attachment 352836
UPDATE: It seems that i struggle to score on away matches. (I have to mention that i use this team-tactic every time, and change to attack in the second half).
UPDATE: My new season with this tactic:View attachment 352946

Leoh Digbeu would play better as a DM, and I prefer a DM to a flat midfield three anyway.

Thank you. If I find a promising tactic and I win a few consecutive matches, why is that after a few games my team just drop and i start to loose many games, even though I haven't changed anything...
What can I do against this?
