Please help me!

i cant sign new contracts or sign new coaches and staff at all. its really frustrating. my cub, liverpool have a extreme amount of money but it wont help, all contract offers to staff just gets cancelled for no reason mentioned 2 weeks after offering. why is it so and how can i fix it. i have only 1 coach and 1 scout left and no assistant. anyone else have this problem. it totally ruins the game

start a new game or maybe try a reinstall? Never come across it myself personally.

have reinstalled and started a new game up to several times. this is really frustrating and I seem to be the only one experiencing this problem

Never seen that myself :\ .. If you're playing with steam, uninstall it and play from the disk maybe? or vise versa.
