I've answered this in private message.

But for anyone else with the same problem it is because the file has been linked incorrectly.

If the link look like... http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=3536&act=down then it will not work for security reasons. Simply delete the &act=down part of the link and it will work.
