Please Help with training players

So I am managing the Georgia National Team and it seems like every single player needs a rest, but I can't find the training option anywhere. On my club I can train the team easily and give them rests, but the button for training just isn't in the options anywhere. I am assuming I either can't do anything or I need to hire a trainer or something? This is really annoying because I can't rest any of my players or control what they do. Can someone please help me? Thanks ahead of time.
