Hi there can someone please help

My boy wants FM16 but I'm not sure if his laptop could take it and I know nothing when it comes to them ha

The specification of his laptop is .....

- Intel® Celeron® Processor N2830
- Dual-core
- 2.16 GHz / 2.42 GHz with Burst
- 1 MB cache
Memory (RAM) 4 GB DDR3 (8 GB maximum installable RAM)
Storage 1 TB HDD, 5400 rpm

I don't know the minimums and stuff but he can google 'can you run it' and the top page will tell you if your pc/laptop is suitable
