Please Help...

I am managing Dag & Red and its all going well but my team just seems to give up in the 2nd half in the majority of my games I've conceded 2 or more goals in the 2nd half they just give up.
is there anything I can do to stop this? as I'm not really getting anywhere

good team talk like if ur winning ..do not get complacment and if ur winning defend a bit more and time waste

Check the fitness levels of your tem and check that your opposition havent changed tactics.
