i played 1 premier league season and we're in 2021. We've made a few signings and we've reached the 1st of July 2021. Whenever we try to sign any players from now and we're in the process of offering them a contract it says in red at the bottom: "Please note that you cannot register this player in the Premier League until 01/01/2022" ...is it a bug???
