IM HAVING A PROBLEM IM THE ENGLAND MANAGER AND WAS A BLUE SQUARE PRIMER NORTH MANAGER AFTER ONE YEAR RESIGNED AS MANAGER AND WENT FOR VALENCIA AND MADRID BUT DIDNT GET THEM SO I THOUGHT THAt THIER MUST BE AWAY ON FMRTE TO CHECK MY JOB BY RIGHT CLICKING BUT NOT WORKING WILL SOMEONE HELP CHEERS COULD NOT THANK ENOUGH IF SOMEONE DID

Sounds like you just need to keep applying for jobs. What is your manager reputation?

1) dont quit before getting offered a new job
2) dont quit a BSN team after 1 year and expect to take control of Real Madrid
3) load up your save before you left
4) add yourself as a new manager back at your old club?
5) CAPS is not cool

Using FMRTE you must navigate to the real madrid page then to the staff page, right click their curretn manager and a swap option will present itself, from there you type your own managers name and then swap them around, click save on fmrte and then hey presto you are real amdrid manager in the game.
