Plss help me!!

If anyone know to help me plss do it. me and 2 other friends want to play football manager 2009 (9.3) by network,i will name them X and Y u will see why,i am on a different internet network by them so we created a virtual network using hamachi,well when i create the game they cannot see on local server,when X create the game i see on local server the game but Y can't,when Y create the game i see on local server but X can't,so i see on both of them..but they into each other can't,to be mentioned they are in the same internet network,is important to work by appearing the game on local server because if we connect mannualy by chosing Join other Server and tipping the server's ip it's working but after first save when u try to connect again the status game is empty so we can't retake control of our teams,sorry for my english
P.S. we renamed our workgroup to be the same and no result

i explained you if we connect mannualy by chosing Join other Server and tipping the server's ip it's working but after first save when we try to connect again the status game is empty so we can't retake control of our teams,so is not helping me that tutorial...thx anyway
