I am looking to invest 20 million pounds in a poacher or a cb (any one) for my tottenham team. Please recommend a few names. i am in january 1st season. Well i can stretch my budget to 25 million is player is good.how about lisandro lopez?? or tevez??

ST- tevez although you need to pay massive wages, try huntelaar or if your feeling lucky jay rodriguez or sturridge
