Porto - Who To Sign

I am currently managing Porto and am wondering who to sign. Am currently overhaling my squad getting rid of who I consider deadwood and trying to sign decent replacements.

Am looking at Miguel Veloso so far.

Who else would be good. Has anyone else played as Porto, who did well for you?

Budget? In the demo bought Sven Bender, was looking at Cavani as a solution to the striker problem but couldn't agree terms .
