Portsmouth problem second season.

Ok, so ive just completed my first season with Portsmouth which are my local team. I sold Husklepp. Mullins has been released, same with ashdown. I have zero funds, and no staff. and have 11 players in my squad. ive started by placing an advert for staff which is a good place to start. so i wanted to know will my youth players see me out in the championship? also does anybody know if i will get a takeover bid soon?:S

I guess doing a Portsmouth season really would be a challenge.
