Portsmouth's Transfer Embargo

Hello all.

SO i just recently reassembled the premiere league's 2007-08 squad (most of it at least) and i wanted to manage Pompey, but there's this transfer embargo on pompey until September 30. Pompey weren't in such financial **** like they are in now so i wanna buy players (gave em a decent 6.5m budget)

Main point: how do i get rid of the embargo?
